Refund Policy

At Money Flu Financial, we are committed to helping clients take control of their credit and improve their financial future. While we cannot legally guarantee results, score increases, or timing, we do stand behind the work we do — and believe in transparency every step of the way. We’ve outlined our refund policy below to help you understand how it works, when refunds may be considered, and what steps are required.


Before Work Begins

You have the right to cancel your agreement within five (5) business days of signing, as long as no services have been performed yet.

This includes: Credit analysis, Document or dispute letter preparation, Mailing preparation, Disputes being sent out.

If work has already started, this cancellation window is no longer available.


After Work Has Been Performed

Once services have been provided, refunds are not available, unless you qualify under our Money-Back Guarantee or can show that services were not delivered as outlined in your signed agreement.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Delays caused by missing information or late responses, Lack of results when services were performed properly, Misunderstandings about the credit repair process, Failure to follow the credit-building steps provided.


How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our policy, you must:

Complete the official Refund Request Form, Provide a clear explanation and any supporting documentation, Allow up to 10 business days for us to review your account and determine eligibility.

All decisions are final and based on your agreement and service history.

This refund policy exists separately from our Money-Back Guarantee, which applies to certain programs when specific conditions are met. Please refer to your agreement or our Guarantee section for more details.
