We’ve outlined our refund policy below to help you understand how it works, when refunds may be considered, and what steps are required.
You have the right to cancel your agreement within five (5) business days of signing, as long as no services have been performed yet.
This includes: Credit analysis, Document or dispute letter preparation, Mailing preparation, Disputes being sent out.
